Questions shop owners ask

Straight answers.

Shop owners

Will it survive a busy counter?+

It's printed as one solid piece — no screen, no battery, nothing to charge. Coffee splashes wipe off. If it ever breaks, we remake it free.

What if my logo doesn't come out right?+

You see your exact stand before paying anything. And if the piece that arrives disappoints you, we remake it or refund it — your choice.

How fast does it arrive?+

The preview takes about a minute. The real piece is printed, checked and shipped in 4–6 days — you can watch it being made from your order page.

Do I need to set anything up?+

No. It works the moment it's on the counter — customers point their camera at it, and their phone does the rest. Nothing to install, ever.

What happens to my page if I stop?+

Your pieces keep opening your page — it stays live. There's no subscription to cancel; you only ever paid for the objects.

Can I change what a piece opens later?+

Any time, from your phone — the chip never changes, only where it points. Menu today, a summer offer tomorrow. Nothing is reprinted.

Makers

How much do makers actually earn?+

30% of every sale, at the price you set — €19 piece, €5.70 to you, every time it sells. Paid out monthly, shown next to each product on your page.

Do I lose the rights to my design?+

No. The design stays yours. We print it, ship it and pay you — you can take it off the catalog whenever you like.

Why must my design have a personal spot?+

Because that's why shops buy here: every copy comes out theirs — their logo, their words. Generic pieces don't sell, so they don't enter the catalog.

Assistants

Can my AI assistant handle this for me?+

Yes. It can preview stands with your logo, place and track the order, and read your weekly numbers — point it at the door for assistants in the footer.

What can my assistant do exactly?+

Everything you can: preview pieces, compare prices, place and track orders, read your numbers, repoint your pieces. It uses the same doors you do — point it at the door for assistants in the footer.
