The deal

The short version first.

The long version says the same thing in more words. Both are below — nothing is hidden in the second half.

You buy objects, not subscriptions

You pay for pieces and, if you're a maker, for credits. There's no monthly fee to forget about. Your page and your numbers come with your pieces.

Your things stay yours

Your logo, your words, your designs — yours. You give us permission to print them on what you ordered, nothing more.

If we get it wrong, we make it right

A piece that arrives broken or wrong is remade free or refunded — your choice. The report card that keeps us honest is public.

Play fair

Don't ask us to print things you don't own or that could hurt someone — we check, and we refuse. Partner codes are for real referrals.

Who you're dealing with

TapMint is operated by Cosolo, based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Reach a human at contact@tapmint.com. Using the site, the free preview, the ordering flow or the agent interface means you accept these terms.

How an order actually happens

Made to order, so cancellation has a clock

Every piece is manufactured for you after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf.

What you upload, and what you're promising us

When you send us a logo, an image, a phrase or a 3D file, you promise that you own it or you have permission to use it this way, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or personality rights.

What we won't print

We screen every input, automatically and sometimes by eye. We can refuse any order, at our discretion, without giving a reason — and we refund it in full when we do.

How it will look

These are physical objects made by machines from melted plastic. Honest expectations:

Getting it to you

When it arrives wrong

This is the promise on the front of the page, in operational terms.

Your scan page

Pieces come with a page people reach by tapping or scanning.

Makers and credits

Partner codes

Referral and partner codes are for real referrals. Self-referral, bidding on our brand terms, spam, or codes spread through channels the recipient didn't ask for get the code cancelled and unpaid commission voided.

If an AI agent orders for you

TapMint can be driven by software — by an assistant, or by a program acting on your behalf. This part is new for everyone, so it's written down:

Privacy

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see them.

Liability

Except for what we promise under When it arrives wrong, the service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the order the claim relates to, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost sales, lost time, lost data.

Limits we don't claim, because Québec law doesn't allow them: nothing here excludes or limits our liability for bodily or moral injury, or for intentional or gross fault (art. 1474 of the Civil Code of Québec).

Events outside our control — supplier and printer failures, shipping disruption, natural disasters, strikes, war — suspend our obligations for as long as they last. If we can't produce your order, we refund it.

If you're a consumer

Consumer law wins over anything here that conflicts with it. For consumers in Québec that means, among other things:

Consumers outside Québec keep whatever mandatory protections their own home law gives them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you ordered — later changes don't apply backwards. For accounts and scan pages, material changes are emailed at least 30 days ahead.

Governing law, and where disputes go

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, and both of us agree to that forum — except where mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the right to sue somewhere else, which we don't contest.

Before filing anything, email contact@tapmint.com and give us 30 days to fix it. Most things end there.

Language

Une version française de ces conditions est disponible au /terms.fr et fait foi pour les clients du Québec. A French version of these terms is available and governs for customers in Québec.
